Molly Ruttan grew up in Hastings-on-Hudson, New York. She and her identical twin sister spent their childhood drawing, painting, and creating all kinds of things like stuffed animals, board games, and of course, books! Molly attended the Cooper Union School of Art in New York. She graduated with a degree in Graphic Design and moved to Los Angeles, California, where she established a career as a Magazine Art Director, Graphic Designer and Illustrator.
